These Terms govern your use of ParallelDrive at paralleldrive.web.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
ParallelDrive is a personal file-management application (upload, organize, share, search, and optionally import files from Google Drive).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be permitted to use the account you sign in with.
Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach security or access other users' data, or abuse system resources. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the files you upload or import. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or import.
If you use the import feature, you authorize ParallelDrive to read the Google Drive files you select (read-only) in order to copy them into your ParallelDrive storage. See our Privacy Policy for details, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings.
Storage limits depend on your plan/tier. We may enforce per-file and total storage limits.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParallelDrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
